Many of the same designers you see on the runways are also popular for their French Lingerie. True, the styles and designs are similar in many ways to lingerie made by American designers, however French lingerie has a reputation of being made from the highest quality materials.
As such, you can expect it to cost more, sometimes a lot more, but you can also expect it to last a lifetime if properly cared for.

With a little searching you can find a great selection of high quality material at prices that are lower than you will find in local shops. Just find what you are looking for and try it out. Make a note of each piece you buy. Then you'll know what you like and where you like to search the next time you are in the market for more lingerie.
